Just sent off my first photo book to Blurb. My wife and I did our wedding album with them and were pleased. The preview link below only shows a few pages…42 total, though. Can’t wait.
Step 1. The day before trim the fat from the beef and discard. Cut meat
into large pieces and place in a bowl with the onions, garlic, spices,
bouquet garni, wine and oil. Leave to marinate at least 24 hours…
Daub de Boeuf is the dish I made the day I proposed to my wife.
She said “yes”.
